Unfortunately it IS 10MB for submissions through the site - but we're hopeful that this limit will increase in the very near future. Your submission page currently reads that videos should be no larger than 10Mb. I am assuming that should read 100Mb. Otherwise, I am very pleased to see that you've established this journal, and I think your website is elegant and extremely user friendly. Good luck with it.
