Thommy Eriksson, Chalmers University of Technology, Göteborg

Thommy Eriksson is currently a Ph. D. candidate at Applied IT within the field of digital gestaltning at Chalmers University of Technology. Tommy’s research investigates how authenticity and virtuality is visually represented in science shows and similar still images and moving images. Previously Thommy was project leader for two research projects – Virtual Film Crew (distributed collaboration in the movie industry) and Expressbuss (service visualization). Recently he participated as researcher and graphic designer in the BioHOPE and Virtual Labs projects (developing and evaluating virtual laboratories together with Stanford University). Thommy also teaches in a number of courses at Göteborg University and Chalmers University of Technology, primarily in digital representation, digital movie making and ICT and learning.


Oranit Klein Shagrir, Hebrew University, Jerusalem

Doctor Oranit Klein Shagrir, PhD. Is a lecturer at Hadassah Academic College and an academic course coordinator at the Open University of Israel supervising courses in Communications, Media and Public Opinion.
Oranit worked for the Israeli Broadcasting Authority for more than twenty years in various production functions. Her research interests are: television's challenges in a changing media environment, new media and interactivity and Audiovisuality.


Inge Sørensen, University of Copenhagen

Doctor Inge Ejbye Sørensen has published chapters in anthologies and articles in Danish and international press and academic peer reviewed journals like Media, Culture & Society, Seminar.net and the Danish journal Kosmorama. Her research interest are documentary, digitalisation, digital production and distribution forms and multiplatform media. Prior to entering academia, she worked first as a Researcher and later as an award-winning Producer of documentaries and factual programmes for the British TV channels Channel 4, BBC Scotland and STV. Inge is also an accredited Lead Practitioner in Moving Image Education with Scotland's screen agency Creative Scotland.
